[28 July 2006] Scam Warning:If you receive a card through your door from company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Service) saying that they have a parcel awaiting delivery and that you should contact them on 0906 6611911 - DON'T! If you do and start to hear a recorded message you will be billed with £1.50 for each minute. If you do receive a card from PDS then contact the local trading standards office or ICSTIS - the premium rate call regulator - who are investigating.
